I'm a blessed wife, thankful mama of 4, and dog-mom of a giant, utterly fluffy puppy! I've experienced 3 unmedicated precipitous (fast) births in a hospital, and 1 home waterbirth where our baby was born completely 'en caul' (an intact amniotic sac)!

I have many passions extending beyond birth into motherhood including homeschooling, wholesome nutrition, hormone health, pelvic floor healing, and much more. I love sharing about these topics!
