into Postpartum and Motherhood

This exciting time requires purposeful support with evidence-based education for your desired physiological birth experience. Gain invaluable information applicable to your pregnancy, and practice hands-on application of comfort measures, breathing techniques, relaxation and mindset for birth, all while establishing a connection with your Doula.

Prenatal Visits with
Birth Education

Receive assistance and attention to detail while preparing a safe and beautiful birth setting whether at home, a birth center or a hospital. We'll work together to personalize your space, be stocked with supplies or a packed hospital bag, and have baby and postpartum essentials ready. We'll also put together a well-prepared birth plan with your birth preferences.

Preparation for Birth Setting & Preferences

Experience the empowering, knowledgeable and compassionate support of a Doula companioning you through birth with the utmost love and care. Your physical and emotional needs are the focus. If a complication arises, a Doula provides a grounding presence and strength. It's the traditional kind of labor companionship that's stood the test of time.

Unwavering Labor & Delivery Support

Mama, let your Doula be vigilant and watchful so that your birth preferences and health decisions be respected and honored. Birth is a very vulnerable time for the birthing mother and having an advocate on your behalf can bring about great results in achieving your birth desires. It can be hard to say 'no' in the moment but you and your Doula will practice together beforehand.

A Confident Advocate
for Mom and Baby

The days following birth are blissful yet full of challenging learning curves and significant hormonal swings. A Doula will talk and share in all things postpartum and newborn care with you. A Doula will also teach those around you how to best care for you with nutrition, rest and support. And a Doula always enjoys listening as you relish in and share the details of your birth story.

Postpartum Recognition & Support

Breastfeeding is a special bond between mama and baby, and a Doula will be your biggest cheerleader for it! With lactation knowledge and experience, a Doula teaches breastfeeding basics and offers hands-on support for latch and positioning all to ensure a healthy and fulfilling experience you and baby.
